OUR FLAGSHIP SERVICE
Roof rejuvenation for asphalt shingles
We prep and clean your roof, then apply a soy-based shingle treatment that conditions the shingles to add life and appeal to the roof. It's a cost-effective alternative to premature replacement, for roofs that qualify. Not every roof qualifies. That's why we inspect your roof first. If rejuvenation isn't right for your roof, we'll tell you.

Why shingles age out early
Asphalt shingles rely on oils to stay flexible. Hampton Roads sun, salt air, and humidity bake those oils out years ahead of schedule. The shingle dries, stiffens, sheds granules, and fades. By year 12 to 15 many roofs look worn even though the structure under them is fine.
Replacing at that point means paying full tear-off price for a roof system that mostly still works. Rejuvenation puts flexibility back into the shingles you already own instead. If you're seeing granules in the gutters, bald spots, fading, or brittle shingles, this is the page you needed.
What the service includes
- A full roof inspection: shingles, flashing, penetrations, ventilation.
- Cleaning and prep so the surface can absorb evenly.
- The APEX-1132 treatment application across every qualifying shingle.
- Photos before and after, and a straight answer at every step.
One owner, one standard: Ryan is on every job. We don't do replacements or siding, so the recommendation you get is never a sales funnel to a bigger ticket.
What it costs
Every quote comes from five factors: roof size, pitch, accessibility, condition, and prep required. You get the number in writing after the assessment. For qualifying roofs it typically runs a fraction of the cost of replacement. The cost guide explains each factor, and rejuvenation vs replacement shows the comparison honestly, including when replacement is the right call.
QUESTIONS
Common questions
Is roof rejuvenation the same as a roof coating?
No. Coatings sit on top of the shingle. Our treatment absorbs into it. APEX-1132 soaks into aged asphalt and may help restore the flexibility the shingle had when it was newer. Nothing is painted over. See what's in the treatment.
How long does the whole job take?
Most homes are inspected, prepped, and treated within a day. The treatment absorbs in about an hour. The full process walks through each step.
What if my roof doesn't qualify?
Then we tell you that, plainly and for free. Some roofs need repairs first. Some are too far gone and need a roofer, not a treatment. Read what makes a roof a candidate.
