Everything we do starts here. Before anyone talks treatment, Ryan walks the whole roof and looks at the whole system. You get photos and a plain answer, not a pitch.
What we check
- Shingles. Granule loss, bald spots, cracking, curling, brittleness, and how much life the mat has left.
- Flashing. Chimneys, walls, and valleys. Failed flashing causes leaks that no treatment can fix.
- Penetrations. Pipe boots, vents, and skylights. Small parts, big leak sources.
- Ventilation. A hot, unvented attic cooks shingles from below. We check airflow, not just the surface.

Why the inspection decides everything
Not every roof qualifies. That's why we inspect your roof first. If rejuvenation isn't right for your roof, we'll tell you. A treatment applied to the wrong roof wastes your money and our name. So the inspection isn't a formality. It's the product.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The assessment costs nothing and comes with no obligation. It's how we decide, together, whether rejuvenation even makes sense for your roof.
What are the three possible outcomes?
One: your roof qualifies, and you get a written quote. Two: your roof needs repairs first, and we tell you what and why. Three: your roof is past the point where treatment helps, and we say so. We don't sell replacements, so that answer earns us nothing.
Do I need to be home?
It helps but isn't required. We photograph everything we find so you can see what we saw, from the ground, at your kitchen table.
