Why one visit a year changes the math
Almost every expensive roof problem starts as a cheap one. A lifted shingle. A cracked pipe boot. A clogged valley. Caught in year one, they're small fixes. Found in year four, they're decking damage and interior stains.
The checkup exists so your roof never goes years without being seen. You get the same full walk as our assessment: shingles, flashing, penetrations, ventilation, photographed and explained in plain English.
What it costs and how it works
We set the checkup price with your quote after the first assessment, based on the same five factors as everything else we do. One scheduled visit a year, a photo report after each one, and a reminder from us when you're due. You never have to remember your roof exists. That's the point.
For treated roofs, the checkup also tracks the reapplication window so your roof life extension keeps compounding.

Common questions
What do I get after each visit?
A photo report of your whole roof: what's fine, what's changed since last year, and anything worth watching. If something needs a repair contractor, we say so. If nothing's wrong, the report says that too.
Do I need the checkup if my roof was just treated?
It's how we protect the investment. The checkup tracks how the treatment is holding and tells you when reapplication makes sense. SoyLei recommends reapplying about every five years on qualifying roofs.
