TRANSPARENT PRICING
What roof rejuvenation costs
Here's our whole pricing system, in the open. Five factors build every quote. You get the number in writing after a free assessment, and it doesn't move after that.
The five factors
- Roof sizeTreatment is applied to every qualifying shingle, so square footage drives material and time more than anything else.
- PitchSteep roofs need more safety setup and slower movement. A walkable 4/12 and a steep 10/12 are different jobs.
- AccessibilityTall stories, tight lots, fences, and landscaping change how equipment gets up and around.
- ConditionDried-out shingles drink more treatment. The inspection tells us how much your roof will take.
- Prep requiredA clean roof needs little. A mossy, debris-covered roof needs real prep time before treatment can go on.
How it compares to replacement
For qualifying roofs, rejuvenation typically runs a fraction of the cost of replacement. That's not a discount trick; it's a different scope. Replacement pays for tear-off, disposal, new materials, and days of crew labor. Treatment works with the roof you already own and is done in about a day.
The honest caveat: a fraction of replacement is still wasted money if the roof shouldn't be treated. Not every roof qualifies. That's why we inspect your roof first. If rejuvenation isn't right for your roof, we'll tell you. Read is my roof a candidate before you spend anything, or weigh both paths on rejuvenation vs replacement.

QUESTIONS
Common questions
Why isn't there a price list on this page?
Because a price that ignores your roof would be a guess, and guesses break trust both ways. Size, pitch, access, condition, and prep genuinely change the work. You'll have a real number in writing after one free visit.
Is rejuvenation really cheaper than replacement?
For qualifying roofs, yes, typically by a wide margin. Treatment uses the roof you own; replacement pays for tear-off, disposal, materials, and days of labor. See the full comparison.
Will the quote change after work starts?
The quote is written after we've walked the roof, so there's nothing left to discover. If prep uncovers something that changes the job, work pauses and you decide before anything continues.
