Before anything sprays: the inspection

The most important work happens with the sprayer still in the truck. The inspection decides whether the roof should be treated at all: shingle condition, flashing, penetrations, ventilation, decking. Prep: where jobs are won or lost

Treatment absorbs evenly into a clean, sound surface and unevenly into a dirty one. Prep means debris off, moss removed gently, grime addressed, and problem spots photographed and flagged. And it means refusing the shortcuts that look good on an invoice: high-pressure washing strips the granules that protect your roof. We never do it.

The spray itself is a discipline

Even the spraying isn't just spraying. Dried-out shingles drink more product; newer ones need less. Coverage runs in overlapping sections, checked as it goes.
